I've tried dumping the game using mmCM's dumping tool as an ISO, and also dumped it in. Even weirder is that the Adventure Mode HUBs work, but also freeze in the same manner shown here when I try to enter a race track. For whatever reason, the game completely freezes while trying to load a race in any game mode. I'm having a bit of a strange issue with my own personal dump of Crash Team Racing.
